Overview
KUM was incorporated on 29th November 2007 and is wholly owned by Kelantan Chief Minister Incorporated (PMBK). Initially, KUM was involved in the water operations and sewerage management.
However, over time KUM has since evolved to diversifying its investment portfolio to also covering the green technology industry.
In 2019, KUM was officially appointed by the state government as its Strategic Partner in developing the green technology industry in Kelantan.
In its endeavour of achieving its vision to lead the development of the utility and green technology industry in Kelantan, KUM strives to position itself as the trusted and committed partner in building strong relationships with potential investors of Kelantan.
